3 Days Murchison Falls Safari

3 Days (2 nights) Uganda safari takes you to Murchison falls park, Uganda's largest and oldest wildlife reserve home to the stringest falls on river Nile plus four of the Big five species to add the incredible list of primate and bird species within the park.

Day 1- Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park.

A guide from Debian Safaris will pick you up as early as 6am from your hotel/ residence in Kampala and drive you to Murchison falls aprk. Enroute stop-over at Zziwa Rhino sanctuary for rhino tracking experience. Continue you journey passing via Masindi where you will stop over for lunch. Proceed to the park arriving in the evening , head straight to the top of falls for some pictures and relaxation before checking in at the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 - Game Drive & Boat Cruise

After an early breakfast, you will embark on a guided game drive through the northern sector, expect sightings of hippos, giraffes, buffaloes, elephants, Uganda kobs, bush bucks, baboons, warthogs , Jackson hartebeests, Falcons and on alucky day the lions and leopards. Return to lodge for lunch and relaxation.

In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic launch cruise to the bottom of Murchison falls, expect to encounter a variety of land and water animals along the trip. Nile crocodiles, hippos, elephants, antelopes and birds like the African fish eagle, commorants, egrets are frequents guests. Once at the bottom of the falls, tourists who booked a hike to the falls top can board off and begin the hike while the boat turns around heading back to shore. Return to lodge/ camp for dinner and overnight stay.

 

Day 3 - Transfer back to Kampala

Enjoy an early breakfast, pack your lunch, check out of the lodge and prepare for journey back to Kampala
