SSESE ISLANDS HONEYMOON

Spend you honeymoon in Uganda on one of the Ssese islands staying in luxury hotels while you and your loved one enjoy the sand beaches and romantic activities. Below is an itinerary for the honeymoon package.

Day 1: Transfer to Entebbe

You will leave your hotel or location in Kampala at 11:30 am. Our Debian Safaris driver will transfer you to a hotel in Entebbe for an early lunch before you board the ferry to Ssese islands. The ferry in Nakiwogo leaves at 2pm and arrives in Kalangala at 5pm where the hotel chauffeur will meet you at the landing site on arrival and drive you to Ssese island hotel or Mirembe resort.

On arrival check into your honeymoon suite, freshen up and enjoy a bon-fire lit dinner by the beach

Day 2: Free day for unwinding and relaxing

Since you have to recover from the stress of wedding preparations, this day is a day of resting and relaxing. Enjoy breakfast in bed, relax and sunbathe at the beach with your loved one. Alternatively, you will you could play some board games. (The company provides these)

Day 3: Guided nature walk & beach activities

You could choose to have a lazy morning followed by breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast explore the island on a guided nature walk. Return to the hotel for lunch after which you can engage in beach sports like volley ball, go swimming or play golf at the hotel’s golf course.

Day 4; Canoe ride & free afternoon

Enjoy a canoe ride exploring the island after a heavy breakfast. You will then return to your hotel for lunch after which you will enjoy the afternoon at leisure.

Day 5; Transfer to mainland

Today’s ferry leaves by 7:00 am so make sure to have had your breakfast by 6:30 am. You will be driven to Lutoboka bay where you will board the ferry back to Entebbe. Our driver will then drive you home.
